The three basic components of the 205sqm. property such as the dining, the sitting area and the 3 bedrooms, are slightly offset from the center. Upon entering the house there is a large front lobby with a storage room. The dining room leads off to a part covered courtyard. Off the dining room to the right, you can find the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. A wood burning stove is situated at the base of the atrium providing additional heating for both the dining room and the lounge. Walking up a few steps, you enter the sitting room, which has got access to two terraces. A small one, with fantastic views and the main terrace with two distinct sitting areas. These areas are offering 180 ° of panoramic views to the majestic mountain range of “Lefka Ori” and the various villages of the area. A study is also set parallel to the steps.
In the atrium, there is also a staircase leading to the bedrooms, on the lower level as well as to the terraced garden with its own ‘paths’ to different sections. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and the second double bedroom has a smaller en-suite bathroom too, with a shower cabin. From this bedroom, there is also a door leading to the gardens.
