The house is located just above the beach of Agios Sostis, one of particular beauty. It is also a 5 min drive from the famous beaches of Psili Ammos, Ai Giannis, Lia and just five minutes drive from the harbour (Livadi), partly on a dirt road.

Serifos Island offers you some of the best beaches of the Aegean, such as “Psili Ammos”, named by the Sunday Times, as the best beach of Europe, “Kalo Ambeli’, “Ganema”, “Vagia”. Its coastline gives you an excellent choice of sandy beaches, most of them reachable by car, some at short walk. Serifos’ beaches are excellent for swimming.Its landscape offers endless possibilities for hiking and the island is dotted with villages and monasteries worth exploring. The southern part of the Island is an extended habitat for flora and fauna, as a result of geomorphologic and hydro-geological formations and has been integrated in the Natura network of the EU. Activities include scuba diving, visiting old mines and sea caves, walking paths.
