The house of 469.76 sq m is built on a plot of 5015.41 sq m and is in details as follows:
A- 263.85 sq m main house (prime)
232.85 Ground floor and – 31 sq m the first floor.
B- 36.13 sq m secondary (a small self-contained and totally independent flat in the house, on the basement level)
C- 136.22 sq m Stairs to the basement, garage with 2.7 meters height, and space for auxiliary purpose and warehouse.

The villa actually operates as a luxury accommodation rental, under Hellenic tourist authorities’ license.
The cottage is completed in 2006 and made of stone in a traditional architectural “MANI” style, has a castle and is fully furnished. All external walls are carefully isolated with the maximum of protection against humidity. For the interior the colors used are based on asbestos, securing a high standard of hygiene and protects from side effects that could affect health, avoiding the use of plastic ingredients which is already deemed to be not hygienic. Best effort is made so as the house gives the impression and the atmosphere of an old and traditional architectural style combining tradition, with all modern and up to date facilities.
Provision is made in infrastructure so as the complex functions as a completely independent multi-use entity, even in the case of emergency.
1- Four bedrooms, all equipped with a private bath (en-suite) and a
guest’s W.C, cupboards and air conditioners. The master bedroom in
addition to the cupboards has a special open space wardrobe, as well
as a sleeping comfortable space, in the loft, just under the roof.

dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, etc.
8- Installation of a secret safety box for keeping valuables.
All above equipment is of high technology and specially designed to
remind traditional old fashion in style appliances.
9- All necessary kitchen tools, cooking utensils, crockery, serving dishes

The cottage area is surrounded by wall mostly made of dry built stone with the exception of the road looking side that is made of the normal stone wall.
There are two ways in and out, at the central gate of the cottage:
1- A remote control managed two-ply wooden gate for vehicles, which
is as well controlled from the inside of the Villa.
2- A two-ply smaller door for pedestrians, with intercommunication system
controlled from the inside of the Villa.
All outside spaces have stone built paths “KALDERIMI” and, in particular,

2- A built stone parking place for three to four cars.
3- Built roads for pedestrians leading to the main door of the Villa.
4- Under a huge oak tree a natural sitting place is formed, to provide shade,
during summer hot days.

back side of the cottage with fruitful trees, and the right wing of the
plot is planted with olive trees, while provision is also made, for the
formation of a nursery for vegetables.

pointing out the swimming pool space and the Villa.

It includes an extensive surrounding space equipped with loudspeakers with a view the Vila and its veranda, covered with a pergola.
The swimming pool is over floating, (Infinity pool), creating a visible artificial waterfall, decorating the surrounding place.
There is also an accessible independent mechanical-engine room, where the installation for the function of the pool is located.
VERANDAS SITTING AND OPEN AIR PLACES.
1- Under a pergola, there is a sitting (-dining-) place communicating with
the dining room and is expanded to the swimming pool area.

That takes on a traditional, cafe-style appearance featuring pretty, metal chairs and tables, a barbecue place and a clay-built traditional furnace, to conjure up the flavors of Greece, a tap, and lavatory.
