It is located in the place "Roziki - Xylokera" of the region of Galaxidi. The building, has a total area of 204,052 sq.m., with an area of 102,026 sq.m. on each floor and it is in the stage of concrete . Based on its permit, it is planned to build two maisonettes in contact with each other, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor for each of them. In addition, the existing license could be modified and two independent apartments or one large maisonette . The nearest boundary of the stadium is only 4 m. from the sea. It is located in a very quiet location of great natural beauty and has a unique - unobstructed view of the clear blue waters of the Corinthian Gulf. To get to Galaxidi you need only 5 minutes by car while it is very close to Delphi, the ski resort of Parnassos and the port of Patras.
